Your order will need to be signed for.

You can supply a billing address (the address your card is registered to) and a delivery address where someone can sign for the parcel between 8am and 6pm.

A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is despatched.

Our courier uses the latest technology to provide you with an accurate delivery time so you know when to be in and when it’s safe to go out. Remember your package will need signing for, however if it’s not possible to be in we can either deliver it to a different address such as your work address, or we can deliver it to a friend or neighbour. You can specify the delivery address when you place your order.

You may think we use too much packaging but we completely surround the Pet Porte box in biodegradable packaging material and place it into a special outer protective box so that the cat flap reaches you in absolutely pristine condition.

Please do not book an installer until you receive your microchip cat flap.
