You may return the product to us within 40 days of receipt (was previously 30 days) for a full refund if not completely satisfied. This means you can try the product out risk-free and only decide to keep it once you are satisfied that it works correctly with your cat's microchip.
In the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied please follow this return policy:
Please use 1st class recorded post and package it adequately to prevent any damages.

You must send by insured post (value £125) with a tracking number. Please also include your name and address details so that we can find your order and write the reason for the return.
The above policy is for non-faulty products only. If the item is faulty, damaged, or doesn't work correctly please email james@microchipcatflaps.co.uk as we have a different procedure in that event.
Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel your order within 15 minutes of ordering.
After 15 minutes is it not possible to cancel because your order will have been sent to the fulfilment company for immediate despatch.
If you would like to add anything to your order please place another
order and we will do our best to group the items into one delivery.
